Step 1 - In order for the NSMDC to post your success story - We need your permission. please download the form below to start the process. Sign and fax the form back to NSMDC - (506) 627-4613.
Step 2 - Tell us your story. Please download the form below and email your answers to Hazel Francis to nsmdcpse@nb.aibn.com.
Step 3 - Send picture - either "graduation" or "on the job". Email your picture to nsmdcpse@nb.aibn.com if you have it digital. otherwise, drop in or mail us a printed picture and we can scan it for you.
