| I would first like to introduce myself. My name is Tyler Patles and I’m a Mig’maq from Eel Ground First Nation, New Brunswick. I attended university at the University of New Brunswick (UNB) in Fredericton where I was enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. | I would first like to introduce myself. My name is Kateri Smith and I’m a Mig’maq from Eel River Bar First Nation, in New Brunswick. I attended school at Canadore College in North Bay, Ontario where I was enrolled in the Level II Dental Assistants Program. This is a 10 month course, but it did take me two years to complete as I first had to take Preparatory Health Sciences as I did not have my Chemistry course from High School. I’m married to a wonderful man, Neil Roberts and I have two brilliant daughters, Morgan, 9 yrs old and Georgia 5 years old. | Sarah Thyr: My journey has been a long one. My education took longer as I had switched back and forth from part time to full time. And as it nears completion, I also near a new beginning. When in high school many of us do not know what to do with the rest of our lives. Only that we must choose something. My degree turned out to be in psychology, bachelor of Arts.
